5-piece Neon Skeleton Costume

This adorable costume was sold by Amazon (search for seller American Fashion World).

The set consists of:

~ 1 top

~ 1 pair of leggings

~ 2 arm sleeves

~ 1 tutu

The top is black with short, puffy sleeves, and an elastic inside the sleeve hem to keep it laying tight onto the upper arm. The neckline is square, and the front of the neckline has a small black lace overlay. The front of the top features the upper body of a skeleton printed in bright yellow, neon pink, light pink, and neon blue. The top fastens in the back with velcro.

The leggings are black, ankle length, and have an elastic waist. Each leg features two printed skeleton leg bones and a knee joint. On the right leg the colors are bright yellow, neon blue, and neon pink. On the left leg they are neon pink, bright yellow, and neon blue.

The arm sleeves slip onto each arm and reach from the wrist to above the elbow. The sleeves are black, and each one features a printed skeleton arm bone as well as four parallel wrist bones; two per row. The colors for these are bright yellow, neon pink, and neon blue. It's up to the wearer which sleeve to place on which arm.

The tutu has an elastic waist and ends at the knees. It is made out of tulle panels in the colors black, purple, neon blue, bright yellow, and neon pink.

I decided to wear this costume for Halloween 2020, and here you can see me modeling it together with my jack-o-lantern candy bucket, as well as with several pumpkins we got for decoration.

In this picture I'm showing you the top, the leggings, as well as the arm sleeves. The costume looks fabulous worn without the tutu as well.

Please note, the pink headband did not come with the costume. I will show you where it came from very soon in another entry, and then add it here accordingly.

Bumble Bee Dress

Hello, everyone!

Today I would like to show you another outfit Mama crocheted for us. Just in time for Halloween we have a beautiful costume 😊

This cute outfit is called the Bumble Bee Dress, and was made from a pattern by Adoring Doll Clothes. You can find the instructions HERE.

The set consists of a a dress, a pair of legwarmers, and a hat. The entire outfit is crochet.

I decided to wear it for Halloween 2020, and here you can see me modeling it together with my jack-o-lantern candy bucket, as well as with several pumpkins we got for decoration.

Mama is a member of the Adoring Doll Clothes group on Facebook, and the owner, Pamela, did a Halloween 2020 costume contest, in which the members could participate by crocheting and having their dolls wear one of the many beautiful outfits Pamela created for her website.

Mama decided to make the bumble bee dress, and submitted my picture above, where I'm holding the candy bucket.

Guess what?

We won!!! 😍

And to top it all off, we were sent some absolutely amazing prizes for winning! Let me show you:

We received this totally adorable Halloween bag, which was full of all kinds of goodies; everything Halloween themed.

Inside the bag was a card, three skeins of yarn, two cups, stickies, two pairs of socks (ankle length and knee length), two kitchen towels, two notepads, two pens, a door hanger, a wall decoration, an infinity scarf, a little ghost figure, candy corn, lollipops, and candy bracelets.

So many awesome things! We all were simply blown away by Pamela's generosity!

Pink Piggy Nightgown With Slippers

This cute nightgown and its matching slippers were made by My Brittany's.

The set consists of:

~ 1 nightgown

~ 1 pair of slippers

The body of the nightgown is white. It features an applique of an adorable little pig, which is sewn to the front of the gown. Small pink heart-shaped flowers with green stems are also printed all over the front and back of the nightgown. The gown is three-quarters in length and ends in a pink ruffle. The sleeves are long and also end in a ruffle. Their color is pink and feature tiny white hearts printed all over. The gown closes in the back with velcro.

The slippers are made out of a warm, soft, and fluffy pink material on the outside with the same material in white used as lining on the inside. They feature an applique of a little pig's face, and also have tiny ears as well as a curly tail attached.

I also wanted to show you a closeup of the slippers, so you can see their detail, especially the little ears and curly tail.

Plaid Jumper Set

This beautiful plaid jumper set was purchased on Mercari.

The set consists of:

~ 1 shirt

~ 1 jumper

The shirt is white. Its collar and sleeve cuffs feature a small ruffle. One non-working accent button is attached to the front in the middle, right below the collar. The shirt closes in the front with velcro.

The jumper is made out of a blue, light green, and white plaid material, and has pleats all around the skirt, which ends below the knee. It features shoulder straps, and closes in the back with velcro.

Here I'm modeling the jumper set for you. It will make a great outfit for special occasions, or could be used as a beautiful school uniform.

5-piece Modern Outfit

This colorful outfit with accessories was purchased on Mercari.

The set consists of:

~ 1 top

~ 1 skirt

~ 1 belt

~ 1 pair of boots

~ 1 handbag

The top is lime green, has long sleeves, and closes with velcro in the back.

The skirt's base color is white, and features a floral print in the colors burgundy, pink, purple, lime green, bright blue, and grey. It is knee length and ends in lime green tulle that it sewn to the underside of the skirt, and peeks out from under the hem. The skirt also has an elastic waist.

The belt is white and features polka dots in the colors burgundy, pink, lime green, and bright blue. It has a double buckle for closure.

The boots are pink with black soles and are three-quarters high. Pink zippers on the inner side of each boot allow for easy opening and closing.

The handbag is burgundy in color and made out of a dotted faux leather material. It has a non-working buckle in the front, while opening and closing with velcro. A small carry handle is attached to the top of the bag.

3-piece Coat Set

This unique outfit was sold by Amazon (search for seller Baomabao).

The set consists of:

~ 1 coat with belt

~ 1 hat

~ 1 pair of socks

The pink coat is knee-length and styled similar to a trenchcoat. It has cuffs on both long sleeves, and a double row of 6 clear buttons; 3 on each side. One of these rows is fully working and used to button and unbutton the coat. A belt is also included that closes with a buckle.

The hat is designed to look like what's known as a "pill hat". It's made in the same color pink as the coat, and has a small light pink bow on one side.

The socks are black and white-striped and knee high.

11-piece Unicorn & Roses Outfit Set

This beautiful outfit set was sold by Amazon (search for seller s11dflowerss).

The set consists of:

~ 2 Unicorn dresses

~ 1 rose dress

~ 1 leotard

~ 1 tutu

~ 1 watermelon dress

~ 1 pajama top

~ 1 pair of pajama bottoms

~ 1 headband

~ 2 white panties (not pictured)

The first Unicorn dress has a white top, long sleeves, and is embellished with a printed Unicorn face with roses in the front. This design repeats itself randomly in various locations all over the top. The attached knee-length skirt is pink and has a tulle overlay in the same color. The dress slips easily over the doll's head.

The second Unicorn dress has a pink base color with a Unicorn and roses printed all over. The dress is sleeveless and ends below the knee. This dress as well slips easily over the doll's head.

The leotard is pink, sleeveless, and has big white bunnies printed all over. It also features shoulder straps, and can be easily pulled on and off.

The tutu is knee-length, is made out of pink tulle and has an elastic waist. It can be worn either with the pink bunny leotard, with any other leotard, or even with a shirt. Another fun way to wear it is as an overlay to a skirt or dress, or with leggings.

Dolly & Me Yorkie Shorts Outfit

I'm sure you're familiar with the Dolly & Me outfits that are made for human girls and their 18-inch dolls. Well, we are taking this to a completely new level here!

May I present....the Dolly & Me outfit for 18-inch dolls and THEIR dolls!

These adorable outfits were made by My Brittany's. Please note, the outfits DID NOT come together as one bundle! They needed to be purchased separately!

The big outfit includes:

~ 1 t-shirt

~ 1 pair of shorts

The white t-shirt has short sleeves, is waist-length, and features a high neckline. A picture of a Yorkie is printed on the front of the shirt, wearing a pink bow on its head. In the center of the bow three silver rhinestones are attached. The shirt fastens with velcro in the back.

The shorts are pink and have cuffs on the hem. They feature two non-working pockets in the front, and close with velcro.

Here you can see me wearing the outfit.

The small outfit also includes a t-shirt and a pair of shorts. They are the exact duplicate of the bigger outfit. The only difference: the Yorkie on the t-shirt of this outfit does not have any rhinestones in its bow. The t-shirt and shorts fit mini American Girl dolls, or Our Generation Lori dolls.

Some Cute Walmart Finds

Hello, everyone!

Mama came back from Walmart a couple of days ago and had some wonderful surprises for Luciana and me!

Let me show you:

The first surprise was this absolutely adorable Care Bear. Mama said its name is Cheer Bear. Isn't it gorgeous? Look at those beautiful bright colors, the happy and sweet face, and it's also so soft and cuddly. We love it!

Mama told us that Care Bears became very popular in the 1980s, and that even now, almost 40 years later, they're still popular with adults and children of all ages. She thought since we have a lot of Courtney's 80s outfits now, we also need a Care Bear, so she brought this one home to us.

Here you can see how big it is. So fun!

The next surprise were recorders; or flutes, like they are also called sometimes, even though they're different than regular flutes. We got them in mint green, purple, orange, and green. Mama said they came in a package of 8....two per color....and she found them in the Halloween section.

Luciana is holding one of the purple ones in this picture. Aren't they awesome? They are absolutely perfect for us!

We have decided that we want to learn how to play the recorder, so we can make music together. Mama said she will look for children's songs to print out for us. I'm really looking forward to this!

Needless to say, we are very grateful for our new Care Bear companion and our new recorders 😊

Cool Backpacks For Many Occasions

Every girl needs at least one backpack. Most girls carry one to school, but there are other occasions when you need a backpack, too....for example sports, dance, cheer, hiking, camping, for the beach, for a trip, or just simply for fun and leisure. We make no exception to that, but at this moment we really don't have many backpacks.

So, with this in mind, this will be another one of my famous running lists, where I will show you the backpacks we have so far, and I will add to this list as we'll get more of these awesome bags.

Here we go:

This beautiful backpack came from the company My Brittany's.

It is made out of a quilted fabric, held in the colors pink, purple, and white. The main pattern is white and pink gingham, with a purple ribbon band horizontally across at the top, and another one toward the bottom of the bag, which ends in a purple mesh pocket. The rim around the bag is also held in purple.

Another vertical short double ribbon holds the smaller accompanying lunch or accessories bag. This little bag also features the white and pink quilted gingham pattern, as well as a horizontal purple ribbon toward the top with a little bow in the middle. The rim on this bag is also held in purple. This smaller bag cannot be detached from the bigger one, but it can be inserted into the mesh pocked of the backpack.

Both bags have a white working zipper, and roomy interiors. The side facing the back of the person carrying the backpack features two purple ribbon carrying straps.

The next two bags are our absolute favorites! They came from Amazon (check for seller American Fashion World).

The first bag, which is mine, is purple with shiny bright purple sequins all over the front. The trim around this backpack is also purple. Four black short double ribbons hold a black elastic band in a zigzag pattern across the bag, which allows the carrier to fasten bigger items to the front. Another short black double ribbon on the top can be used to carry the bag without using the shoulder straps.

In addition, the backpack features two working black zippers....a big one going all across the bag, which reveals a roomy interior, as well as a smaller black zipper on the front top of the bag, which also gives the user more storage space. There is also a small storage pocket on each side of the backpack.

The carrying straps are made from black ribbon and each have a clasp to make it easier to put the bag on or to take it off.

Maria has the exact same bag as I do, but hers is pink with shiny bright pink sequins all over the front.

This is Maria's bag, which is the exact same as mine, other than the body color. Here you can see the front of it very well with the elastic.

And here are the carrying straps as well as the clasps. The length of the straps cannot be adjusted, however.

💜 We decided these elastic bands would be absolutely perfect to carry our dolls along, so that's what we'll do 💜

In this picture you can see a closeup of what it looks like when my doll is securely strapped into the elastic. This is so cool! 😍

Baking Chef

Summer Snapshot

Summer has come to an end, and the cooler fall temperatures have set in. Right now the weather is a bit strange; in the morning it's very chilly, but a couple of hours later you can still go outside with shorter pants, a t-shirt, and without a jacket. In the evening the temperatures drop again.

Mama showed us a snapshot earlier today she took of us during the heat of the summer, which, where we live, was still a few weeks ago. This picture, however, was taken in August, and Mama forgot all about it until now. Of course I have to show it to you 😊

Here we are, on a walk with our puppies. Luciana has Stella, and I have Teddy. Since it was so hot that day, we didn't want to leave the house without a cold, refreshing beverage....after all, you got to stay hydrated! Luciana chose a coke, and I settled for a grape soda.

We had a good summer, and I hope that fall will be a fun time as well.

Pink Rainbow Sweatshirt & Navy Heart Zip Pocket Joggers

This beautiful outfit was sold by Sohphia's.

The set consists of:

~ 1 sweatshirt

~ 1 pair of joggers

The sweatshirt is made out of a light pink material. It has long sleeves, and two short zippers in the front which open, allowing for the shirt to be put on and taken off easier. The upper front of the sweatshirt also features a print of a rainbow with small hearts at one end.

The dark navy joggers are full length, with cuffs at the end, and an elastic waist. The zippered pockets in the front open, but are non-working. Both pant legs also each feature a printed multi-colored heart design on the front.

The sneakers I'm wearing here with this outfit have already been featured in this entry. The headband was a fun find from the baby department at Walmart.

7-piece Overalls & Dress Set

This adorable outfit was sold by amazon.

The set consists of:

~ 1 pair of overalls

~ 1 top

~ 1 choker

~ 1 dress

~ 1 hat

~ 1 hat band

~ 1 pair of boots

The overalls are made out of denim. They are knee-length and feature two shoulder straps. The pockets in the front are open, but non-working; there are no inside pockets to actually hold anything. The little pocket flap in the middle of the upper part of the overalls is only for decoration and also not a working pocket. Another feature are two small red and white flower patches attached to the upper left part as well as the right leg, close to the hemline. The overalls close in the back with velcro.

The top is made out of a light blue and white gingham material. It features elastic around the neckline, the short sleeves, as well as the bottom hem, giving it a gathered look and a slight ruffle.

The choker is made out of a light blue velvet material, featuring a bow, and a velcro closure. It can be worn with the bow in the front or off to the side.

The dress features an open-back design. It's base color is ivory, with a light pink, dark pink, purple, and green rose pattern printed all over. The front of the dress has two working pockets held in dark pink, and a long tie string in the same color, that can be wrapped around the waist twice and then tied in the back with a bow. The same dark pink also repeats itself in a ruffle attached to the shoulder straps that tie in the back of the neck with a bow to hold the upper part of the dress up.

The hat is round and made out of straw. A separate hat band comes with it, which is held in the same colors and pattern as the dress, and which can be tied in a bow around the hat.

The boots have a beautiful mother-of-pearl color, black soles, and white shoe laces. They are made out of a sturdy material.

Here I'm wearing the overalls, top, choker and boots. I think this is an adorable outfit.

This picture shows me in the dress, hat with hat band, the gingham top, and the boots. The dress can be worn with or without the top, or with any other top.
