2021 Winter Princess Ornament

She is called the Winter Princess, and is modeled after one of the Winter Princess dolls American Girl brought out as limited editions for the 2021 holiday season. The real doll has Swarovski crystals on her dress, but the ornament has little rhinestones as well as glitter on her dress and shoes instead. She comes in this beautiful display box, and is safely secured with string and foam strips

2020 Nutcracker Land of the Sweets Ornament

She has real Swarovski Crystals attached to the ribbon on her waist as well as the ribbon around her head. She comes in this beautiful collector's keepsake box

She is safely secured just like a real American Girl doll with string and foamy material around her limbs to prevent the strings from damaging her

Here she is, out of the box. Isn't she beautiful? They definitely did an amazing job with her. We love everything about her!

We wanted to show her from the back as well, so you can see just how perfect she is all the way around

Fashion Accessories For Dolls

 

This adorable accessories set was manufactured by Mattel for American Girl.

The set consists of:

~ 1 fedora hat

~ 1 beaded necklace

The fedora is made to look like a straw hat. It features a hat band in the colors purple, pink, fuchsia, coral, light green, and light blue, which repeat itself around the entire hat. The same color arrangement is also used in a smaller band around the brim of the hat. A red star, the logo of American Girl, is stamped on the right side of the fedora.

The necklace is made out of flat coral beads, as well as round yellow beads. The beads are strung onto a fuchsia colored string, and a tassel in the same color is added to the middle in the front, separating one half of the coral and yellow beads from the other. The necklace closes with a slide-clasp in the back.

Due to the many colors represented in the bands around the hat, as well as the more neutral tones of the necklace, these accessories can be used with many different outfits. 😊

Cool Backpacks For Many Occasions

Every girl needs at least one backpack. Most girls carry one to school, but there are other occasions when you need a backpack, too....for example sports, dance, cheer, hiking, camping, for the beach, for a trip, or just simply for fun and leisure. We make no exception to that, but at this moment we really don't have many backpacks.

So, with this in mind, this will be another one of my famous running lists, where I will show you the backpacks we have so far, and I will add to this list as we'll get more of these awesome bags.

Here we go:

This beautiful backpack came from the company My Brittany's.

It is made out of a quilted fabric, held in the colors pink, purple, and white. The main pattern is white and pink gingham, with a purple ribbon band horizontally across at the top, and another one toward the bottom of the bag, which ends in a purple mesh pocket. The rim around the bag is also held in purple.

Another vertical short double ribbon holds the smaller accompanying lunch or accessories bag. This little bag also features the white and pink quilted gingham pattern, as well as a horizontal purple ribbon toward the top with a little bow in the middle. The rim on this bag is also held in purple. This smaller bag cannot be detached from the bigger one, but it can be inserted into the mesh pocked of the backpack.

Both bags have a white working zipper, and roomy interiors. The side facing the back of the person carrying the backpack features two purple ribbon carrying straps.

The next two bags are our absolute favorites! They came from Amazon (check for seller American Fashion World).

The first bag, which is mine, is purple with shiny bright purple sequins all over the front. The trim around this backpack is also purple. Four black short double ribbons hold a black elastic band in a zigzag pattern across the bag, which allows the carrier to fasten bigger items to the front. Another short black double ribbon on the top can be used to carry the bag without using the shoulder straps.

In addition, the backpack features two working black zippers....a big one going all across the bag, which reveals a roomy interior, as well as a smaller black zipper on the front top of the bag, which also gives the user more storage space. There is also a small storage pocket on each side of the backpack.

The carrying straps are made from black ribbon and each have a clasp to make it easier to put the bag on or to take it off.

Maria has the exact same bag as I do, but hers is pink with shiny bright pink sequins all over the front.

This is Maria's bag, which is the exact same as mine, other than the body color. Here you can see the front of it very well with the elastic.

And here are the carrying straps as well as the clasps. The length of the straps cannot be adjusted, however.

💜 We decided these elastic bands would be absolutely perfect to carry our dolls along, so that's what we'll do 💜

Sophia's Doll Tea Set

This adorable tea set is sold exclusively by Sophia's.

The set contains 18 plastic pretend items that will help 18-inch dolls have a nice and enjoyable tea time.

The set contains 15 plastic pretend items that will make 18-inch dolls grooming habits a lot easier and enjoyable.

A fun added feature includes:

My Life As Pink Tiara Headphones

 

These adorable headphones are sold exclusively at Walmart for the My Life As doll line.

They are entirely made of plastic. The headband and little tiara are pink, and the tiara also features three silver-colored rhinestones. The speakers are in the colors white and chrome.

Here I am, modeling the headphones for you, so you can see how they look. I think they're just so pretty, and make me feel like a princess 😊

My Life As Egg Chair

This cute egg chair is sold exclusively at Walmart for the My Life As doll line.

The egg chair is made entirely out of plastic. It has a teal-colored base, as well as a teal rim around the actual egg-shaped chair. The chair itself is clear. Along with the chair you will receive a soft pillow, which is made out of purple plush material, as well as a diamond-shaped sticker sheet for decoration purposes, containing 22 colorful stickers.

I believe this egg chair is a wonderful addition to any 18-inch doll collections and dollhouses, and of course for pretend play and photo shoots.

Wicker Laundry Basket

Hello everyone!

Mama was looking through some things she had put away, and came across a wicker basket that looks just like one of the old-fashioned laundry baskets women used decades ago before plastic even became a thing.

She said at one time she got it as a gift, and it contained small bottles of shower gel, body lotion, and some other items. She kept the basket because she thought it's cute, and after finding it in the back of the bathroom cabinet she decided that it's perfect for Luciana and me, so now it belongs to us.

I took this picture, showing the inside of the basket. It even has the carrying holes on each side.

And here is a picture of me holding the basket, so you can see the size of it. It's really nice and very sturdy. I'm not sure if we'll use it as a laundry basket, or if we'll use it to store something in it, but I'm happy that Mama gave it to us 😊

Our Generation Gourmet Kitchen

 

The Gourmet Kitchen was manufactured by the Battat Company for the Our Generation doll line, and sold at Target.

This beautiful kitchen comes in a bright pink color with a glitter effect. The accent wall behind the stove, the burners, as well as the pretend kitchen clock are light pink in color. It also features a white trim, window, and white heat regulation knobs. The stove top and ice cream maker are colored black, and the hardware is chrome in color. It is made entirely out of sturdy plastic, with the burners being made out of metal.

The kitchen is completely playable, and all doors open. The shelf inside the oven can be completely removed, and so can the shelves inside the dishwasher. There are several shelves and storage compartments, including a little "secret" compartment behind the kitchen clock. The drawer underneath the oven can also be removed, and is able to hold items, such as cookware.

 

The refrigerator is also completely playable. The two big doors open and feature little shelving units on each side. The two upper shelves on the left have lids that can be opened to add items. The shelves inside the main part of the fridge can be completely removed and rearranged. The bins as well as the freezer compartment on the bottom are also removable for easy access.

My Life As Hello Kitty Part Play Set

This awesome outfit and play set is sold exclusively at Walmart for the My Life As doll line. We got it as a bundle on Walmart's website.

The outfit consists of a pink leotard that features a Hello Kitty character as well as three dark yellow rhinestones.

The skirt, or tutu, is made in two layers. The bottom layer is worked out of glittery pink tulle with a black trim, and the top layer is made out of glittery purple tulle, also with a black trim. The waistband is pink elastic.

The jacket is made out of a shiny material and has little Hello Kitty faces printed on both sides in the front. The sleeves are black, and the words Hello Kitty are printed in white on the left sleeve. The trim of the jacket is white and dark pink, and it has a working zipper.

Also included with the outfit is a blue hanger.

Here I'm modeling the leotard, which could also be used for ballet, gymnastics, or even as a swimsuit.

Here is the leotard combined with the skirt/tutu.

And here we have the complete outfit. It didn't come with shoes, so I decided not to wear any in the pictures either.

My Life As Hello Kitty Beach Play Set

This adorable outfit and play set is sold exclusively at Walmart for the My Life As doll line. We got it as a bundle on Walmart's website.

The outfit consists of a bikini top and bottom in light pink with dark pink trim. The pattern on both top and bottom includes white little polka dots and Hello Kitty bows, as well as a print of a sitting Hello Kitty character.

The beach cover-up is made out of a sheer material; its colors fading in an ombre style from dark yellow into light and dark pink, held in several stripes. The trim is made out of shiny silver sequins, and the words Hello Kitty are printed in black letters onto the left upper side of the cover-up.

Also included are a pair of pink sunglasses and a blue hanger.

Here I'm modeling the bikini and the beach cover-up.

The play set that came with the bundle consists of 9 plastic and fabric items, including:

~ 1 beach bag

~ 1 beach hat

~ 1 pair of flip-flops

~ 1 water bottle

~ 1 pair of swim goggles

~ 1 bottle of sunscreen lotion

~ 3 sea shells

Here I'm modeling the beach hat, sunglasses, and flip-flops.
